At CandleJuice.gr, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your product in accordance with the following terms.

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Under European consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

For a return to be accepted:

  • The product must be unused.
  • It must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • It must not be damaged or altered.

For hygiene and quality reasons, products that have been used, tampered with, damaged, or are missing parts cannot be returned.

Handcrafted Products

The products at CandleJuice.gr are handmade. For this reason, there may be slight variations in color, design, decoration, size, or appearance compared to the product photos on the online store.

These variations are normal and are not considered a defect or grounds for a return, as each product is handmade and may exhibit slight, unique differences.

Unacceptable returns

Returns will not be accepted in cases where:

  • The product has been used at least once.
  • It has been damaged, destroyed, or is missing a part.
  • The packaging has been damaged through use.
  • It has been more than 14 days since delivery.
  • The product may vary slightly due to its handmade construction.

Return Policy

If you wish to return a product:

  • Please contact us at info@candlejuice.gr or via the contact form on our website.
  • Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  • You will receive instructions on the shipping process.
  • Products must be returned to the address provided by customer service.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product:

  • was received defective, or
  • We sent the wrong product.

In such cases, CandleJuice.gr covers the associated costs.

Refunds

As soon as we receive and inspect the product:

  • We will issue a refund or replace the product, provided that the return conditions are met.
  • Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.

Gift Cards

Gift cards from CandleJuice.gr are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

If a product is purchased using a gift card, the refund may be issued as a store credit or a new gift card of equal value.

The Company reserves the right to cancel gift cards in cases of suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent use.
